Abstract

The environment of the Popular Council, San Diego de los Baños, municipality Los Palacios, Pinar del Río have been deteriorated affecting its historical - natural patrimony, the actions carried out have been insufficient. It is proposes an environmental communitarian strategy of communication that reinforce the identity of the natural patrimony using empiric methods. As a result it is verified the formation of community consci ence, the integration of the actors in the formation of an environmental conception and an efficient natural patrimony management, demonstrates the need of the realization of the study.
