Unusual case of absent right-sided atrioventricular connection with double outlet left atrium with parachute left-sided atrioventricular valve leaflets

Abstract

Double outlet left atrium with right atrial outlet atresia is reported in literature as a rare entity. We report an extremely unusual case of a 2 year old child with double outlet left atrium, right atrial outlet atresia along with parachute left sided atrioventricular valve leaflet that were attached only to posteromedial papillary muscle.
