IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF METAL ROLLING AT MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Material and technical support is an important stage in the production activity of the enterprise, since the competent organization of this process directly affects the cost of the final product. The procedure for registering receipts, taking into account the use of information systems, as well as electronic document management, involves a certain sequence of steps from the moment of arrival at the warehouse to transfer to production. An efficiently built process allows you to eliminate storage costs, failures in logistics flows, duplication of information. The peculiarity of the system of material and technical support of metal rolling enterprises of the machine-building industry implies a delay in obtaining in the primary documents necessary for the prompt registration of receipt in the system and transfer of goods to production. This article discusses a new format of interaction with metal suppliers, proposes a new procedure for registering the receipt of rolled metal on the basis of quality certificates from the processor. The essence of this innovative approach is to register receipt with reference to the number of the processor's certificate, since it contains all the necessary information for acceptance by quantity and quality. To automate the signing of electronic primary documents based on the reconciliation of data in an electronic document, it is necessary to define a new tag to indicate the certificate number. Thus, a link will be established between the incoming delivery in the buyer's system and the supplier's electronic document for automatic electronic signing. Purpose. Optimization of the process of material and technical support by metal rolling for enterprises of the machine-building industry. Methodology: the article used survey, analysis, comparison, modeling. Results: new procedure for registering the receipt of rolled metal products on the basis of quality certificates from the processor, which allows avoiding storage costs, errors in duplicating information. Practical implications it is advisable to apply the obtained results for enterprises of the machine-building industry engaged in the purchase of rolled metal.
