TRANSMISSION OF THE SYMMETRIC WAVES THROUGH A BIANISOTROPIC-GYROTROPIC DIAPHRAGM IN THE CIRCULAR WAVEGUIDE WITH THE IMPEDANCE BOUNDARY CONDITIONS
Abstract
A technique for the solution of the boundary-value problem of transmission of partial symmetric E- and H-polarized waves of a circular regular waveguide that has a perfectly conducting boundary and contains an azimuthing symmetric inhomogeneous diaphragm made from bianisotropic-gyrotropic materials and with a impedance boundary conditions in region of diaphragm is developed. The boun-dary-value problem reduces to the numerical solution of a system of equations with the partial deriva-tives for two scalar potentials. Conditions providing for the transformation of H01-wave into E01-wave under the transmission through a plane diaphragm having various bianisotropy property and absorp-tion of electromagnetic energy in the wall of waveguide are analyzed.
