Coordinated Development of Civic Education and Student Management in Colleges and Universities Based on PLSPM Modeling
Abstract
This paper constructs a satisfactory coordination and optimization model of ideological education and student management in colleges and universities, designs the relationship between ideological education and student management in colleges and universities, and establishes the index system as well as the mathematical model of coordinated development. Based on the modeling steps and the quantile effect of the PLSPM model, PLS path modeling is carried out using the Poor man method, and the PLS path model is empirically analyzed using the Patch method. Sample data on Civic Education and Student Management in colleges and universities were collected to conduct model testing and research hypothesis testing and to determine the coordinated development index of the university. The 452 valid data from Northeast Agricultural University are used as an example for the optimization analysis of the degree of satisfaction coordination between civic education and student management in colleges and universities and the values of the degree of satisfaction coordination between civic education and student management in the school are 0.876 and 0.769, which are both more than 70%, and the development is relatively good. The result of the satisfaction coordination index measurement is 0.847, which indicates that the school’s Civic and Political Education and Student Management are both developed in a coordinated manner.
