Class planning; a fundamental task in teaching work

Abstract

The educational task presents great challenges and challenges in the search for a transformation in the integral formation of students. The present article points out some reflections regarding the importance of class planning as the essence and guiding axis in the scientific direction of the teaching-learning process. It is emphasized in its systemic character from integrating its different elements from the perspective of the didactic development. Thus, it is also analyzed from the author's experience the causes that give rise to the various limitations and inadequacies that obstruct the educational process in a systemic and creative way.
