ABOUT MANAGING THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL INNOVATION POTENTIAL IN THE REGION
Abstract
The article provides a problem-oriented approach in the development of personnel innovation potential of the region. The conclusion is made about the relatively weak development of management personnel innovative potential in the region. The algorithm of actions that ensure the formation and development of personnel innovation potential in the region, and also timely adaptation to the changing needs of the economy and scientific and technical progress in the sectors of regional dominance.
