Progress in the prevention and treatment of feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery (食管癌术后肠内营养患者喂养不耐受防治进展)

Abstract

Feeding intolerance is a major cause of failure of enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery, and dihedral and abdominal distension are common feeding intolerance-associated symptoms. This paper summarized the progress in the prevention and treatment of feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods of evaluating feeding intolerance, establishment of risk model, prevention and treatment of common symptoms, standard enteral nutrition were summered, in order to provide reference for improvement of enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery. (喂养不耐受症状会影响食管癌术后患者肠内营养支持, 腹泻及腹胀是食管癌术后最常见的肠内营养喂养不耐受的症状。本文就腹泻及腹胀常见肠内营养喂养不耐受症状的防治进展进行总结, 包括肠内营养患者喂养不耐受的评价方法、构建风险模型、常见不耐受症状的防治措施、规范实施肠内营养等, 以期为临床提高食管癌术后肠内营养支持治疗的效果提供参考。)
