In the academy it is important that the student complements the theory and practice to reinforce knowledge that makes the understanding of the concept much faster, for a particular topic, there is a need for the student by building a laboratory differentiate fluid meters for pressure and flow. This is why this project's main objective was to study the effect, operation and technological applications of some flow meters, such as the Venturi tube, the Tobera and the Orifice plate, whose invention dates back to the 1800s after Christ. . The construction of the flow meter system was built in cast aluminum, supported by a metal structure made of square tubing, equipped with Polyvinyl Chloride tubing and aluminum tubing, accessories (Elbows, unions, males, females, 2-inch reduction to 1 inch) and a valve that allows the connection of an individual centrifugal pump, thus allowing measurement of the flow of a fluid. In this case, water will be used, by means of three different measurement elements mentioned above, the data obtained from the Gauges can be countered with the data provided by a Rotameter of scale 4 - 35 Lt / min, for the recording of the pressures, five pressure gauges were installed with ranges from 0 to 30 psi that in turn serve for the analysis of the flow vs relationship. Pressure.
