INTERDISCIPLINARY SYSTEMIC JURIDICAL ARGUMENTATION: A NEW WAY TO JUSTIFY EMPHATICALLY AND EFFECTIVELLY

Abstract

The article discusses the interdisciplinary systemic juridical argumentation. We propose to elevate the legal argumentation to a complete and integral level. That is, to provide a kind of tool that facilitates and ensures a full and complete analysis and foundation, in order to achieve a due as expected justice administration, in justice proper.
