A perspective on the displacement of some populations in the Early Middle Ages. The spread of similar finds between the Caucasus and the Danube
Abstract
This article introduces new discoveries into scientific circulation to help create a pertinent image of the realities of the Istro-Pontic region in the Early Medieval period. Through the method of comparative analysis, new archaeological finds were integrated into a specific chronological horizon. The results of the study confirm references in written sources that Dobrudzha was, at a certain time, the focus of attention of some nomadic populations who passed through Dobrudzha or settled here.
