A checklist of Entoprocta from India

Abstract

This paper compiles the entoproct species recorded from India, Altogether 7 species belong to 4 genera viz. Barentsia (3 species), Loxosomatoides (2 species), Pedicellina (1 species), and Urnatella (1 species) were reported from India. Two species viz. Barentsia gracilis and Pedicellina cernua were recorded from both east and west coast of India.
