Mediacracy and the Institute of Britain Political Consulting: Personification, Departisation and Americanization of Public Politics

Abstract

The article is devoted to the genesis and specificity of political consulting in Great Britain. The author took into consideration personification of politics and political communication. In this article the author states that аmericanization of electoral process leads to postdemocracy and transforms modern political institutions.
