This paper presents a new type of power supply for information network. This scheme has adopted a new topology which can transmit electric energy bidirectional underwater. This function can realize both energy storage and external charging. In this paper, the compensating circuit has been confirmed based on the practical application condition, then the influence of the working frequency to the system has been analyzed, the influence of the eddy current loss in sea water environment has been analyzed and vivificated. At last the experiment of the wireless charging undersea has been completed. This paper has realized 83% of the transfer efficiency when the transmission distance is 15 cm. The result can achieve the technical indicator and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
