La formation à l’entrepreneuriat de soi dans l’université marocaine

Abstract

Within Moroccan universities, students are experiencing entrepreneurship through the Injaz Al-Maghrib program. This Moroccan NGO fully supports this training, which follows a competence-based approach and aims at giving Moroccan students an insight into self-employment. We consider the deployment of such training in Moroccan universities as the state “offloading” the project to the NGO. Using ethnographic methods of observation and interviews, we shed light on the mechanism behind the institutionalization of such an agenda and on how it leads to shaping the mindset of future generations to make them expect less from the state.
