Training of students in russian engineering universities

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the development of professional competencies from the catego-ry of soft skills in the process of training of students in Russian engineering universities on the ex-ample of the Moscow Polytechnic University, as well as the influence of the development of said competencies on the personal and professional effectiveness of future young specialists. The goal of the present study is to determine the style of leadership and its influence on the personal effec-tiveness of a leader, the effectiveness of teamwork, and the personal effectiveness of team members.
