Huolong cupping therapy combined with external application of magnesium sulphate and nursing practice for a patient with carbuncle of the buttock caused by progesterone intramuscular injection (火龙罐联合硫酸镁外敷治疗黄体酮肌肉注射所致臀痈1例护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with carbuncle of the buttock caused by intramuscular injection of progesterone through the combination of Huolong cupping and external application of magnesium sulfate. In addition to routine nursing interventions including five-element music therapy, dietary by syndrome differentiation and daily living support, Huolong cupping combined with external application of magnesium sulfate was carried out to reduce abscess, pain degree and anxiety status , and improve the sleep quality of the patient. (本文总结采用火龙罐联合硫酸镁外敷治疗1例黄体酮肌肉注射所致臀痈患者的护理经验。在五行音乐疗法、辨证施膳、生活护理等常规护理的基础上, 通过应用火龙罐联合硫酸镁外敷的综合护理方案, 有效改善患者的临床症状, 减轻疼痛, 缓解焦虑情绪, 提高了睡眠质量。)
