This research was aimed to facilitate the development of the human potential of undergraduate students by means of a workshop with a Gestalt approach. The design was pre-experimental, pretest-postest, one group. The Psicodiagnosis Gestalt Test of Salama was used and the group consisted of twelve students of a teachers training program.The workshop lasted forty hours. Results showed that the participants widen their corporal and emotional consciousness, as well as their contact skills, and the dissolution of their introjects and projections. They also took responsibility of their emotions and behaviors, and also of the way they communicate and express themselves to others, taking recognition of their personal resources, and establishing goals and commitments.
