In this paper we present the conclusions drawn from cross-sectional analysis of the Program “Human Rights Learning” (HRL), which has been implemented in the Spanish University of Extremadura over three editions. The idea which builds this program is to offer to the university community and the whole society in the region a package of specific activities in the field of Education for Development (EfD), whose conceptual core is conveyed through human rights and social justice like ethical tools. This program allows evaluating the impact of the networking Cooperation Office, parameterized by topic, tools, geographic location, scheduling, beneficiaries and recognized credits. The results highlight the value a training model based on ethical commitment and university corporate social responsibility.
