In the study, for measuring the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of services provided by spa resorts one of the relative satisfaction scale, i.e. the importance-performance analysis has been used. The research has been based on the questionnaires conducted among persons aged 60+ years and being during a health treatment in the spa resort in Ciechocinek. In the study, the hierarchy of needs affecting the general perception of the quality of services has been established. First of all, the subjective expectations of respondents have been compared, then, they have been confronted with the evaluation of selected aspects. The research results have been analyzed in three independent research groups divided due to the degree of participation in the costs of a health treatment.
