The effect of aging time on storage modulus, loss modulus and loss factor of viscoelastic damping silicone rubber were studied with retention rate of compression permanent deformation as the research object of life analysis under common wor-king conditions, and at the same time the variation of retention rate of compression permanent deformation of viscoelastic damping silicone rubber with aging time at different temperatures (348, 363, 378, 393 K) was explored employing the hot air accelerated aging test method. The aging reaction rate of viscoelastic damping silicone rubber was obtained by studying and revising two types of aging kinetic models. In addition, the nonlinear behavior of aging reaction rates on the Arrhenius model under different aging kinetic models was studied, and the storage life of viscoelastic damping silicone rubber was estima-ted. The results showed that retention rate of compression permanent deformation of the two types of aging dynamic models at room temperature (298 K) were all 0.60 when the storage life was 10.0 a. When retention rate of compression permanent deformation of 0.50 was chosen as the failure criteria, the storage life of viscoelastic damping silicone rubber were 20.0 and 19.2 a respectively, and the storage life error of viscoelastic damping silicone rubber derived from the two types of aging dynamic models was only 4%.
