Two cases of spontaneous hyphema after posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation
Abstract
Abstract The implantable collamer lens (ICL, STAAR Surgical Co.) surgery is popular for its effectiveness and safety, but it carries potential risks. This study presents two unreported cases of hyphema after ICL surgery, highlighting the need for prompt investigation and management of both hyphema and IOP to prevent ocular damage.
