European Integration in Family Law. International Child Abduction: The Juana Rivas Case

Abstract

Juana Rivas’s case has been, undoubtedly, one of the cases of international child abduction of more media minors of last times. It has been a case carried out, and there has been spilt on the same one numerous information that have got dark and distorted the real question that has occupied to the Spanish courts in relation with the children: to give a juridical solution to the international child abduction of two minors on the part of his mother, moved illicitly from Italy to Spain.
