Analysis and perspectives of developmentof technological cluster as an object of innovation infrastructure

Abstract

The urgency of the discussed issue is caused by the role of technological clusters in innovative development and dissemination of small innovative business.The main aim of the study: to analyze and to determine the prospects of development of technological cluster as an object of innovation infrastructure. The methods used in the study: the retrospective analysis of the emergence and development technological clusters in the geographical aspect, the comparative characteristics of technological structures, the qualitative analysis of changes, which occurred with development of technological clusters, the statistical analysis of the effectiveness of IrGTU Technopark. The results: The authors have revealed the signs of development of technological clusters in different technological structures, have defined the features of activity of technological clusters in the developed world. The paper considers the historical trends of the world development of the technological clusters as the objects of innovation infrastructure. The identity of the IrGTU Technopark innovative projects to different technological structures was defined. The authors estimated activity of IrGTU Technopark as a platform for developing small business innovation as the most adaptive form of doing business. The identity of IrGTU Technopark to the fourth and fifth technological structures was defined. The authors defined the priority direction in developing IrGTU Technopark in accordance with the international practice and analysis. It is the concentration of efforts on developing technologies of the sixth technological structure. The emphasis is done on the need to involve actively significant investors
