Enterprises’ activity results of the production sphere: analytical aspect

Abstract

On the basis of the systematic approach, using the series dynamics method, the enterprises’ activity results of the production sphere are analyzed. Sales volume is used as the main indicator. The existence of destruction of the balanced development of the production sphere is established. In order to exclude the influence of the number of enterprises factor, the sales volume of products in the average of one enterprise by industry sectors is investigated. To identify the main factors that influence the formation of the enterprises’ activity results in the production sphere, the sales volume of products per one employee of the enterprise is used as an effective indicator. The research is conducted in the large, medium and small enterprises in three groups of sectors: agriculture, forestry and fisheries; industry; construction. Using the method of stochastic factor analysis, it is established that the main factors of formation of the enterprises’ activity results of the production sphere are the following: the level of personnel remuneration, the degree of capital and the degree of materiel. Taking into account the operating environment of the production sphere enterprises, it is found that these factors have different directions and the degree of influence on the performance indicator in each industry and for each type of enterprise. Using of the regression equations, the measures for improvement of the production sphere enterprises’ activity in the existing business environment are proposed.
