SPECTRAL CONTROL OF THE FORMATION PROCESSES OF ALUMINUM NITRIDE CLUSTERS IN THE PLASMA WHEN ALUMINUM IS SUBJECTED TO SERIES OF DOUBLE LASER PULSES
Abstract
The effect of an additional laser pulse on the formation of the specific component and charge composition of the surface laser plasma was studied by the method of laser spark spectrometry (LSS). The possibility to increase both the fraction of aluminum ions with different charging in the surface laser plasma in the mode of aluminum alloy (AD1) ablation by double laser pulses and AlN cluster under the effect of a series of double laser pulses on the target was demonstrated.
