Current industrial real-time controller adopts "ARM+DSP+FPGA" software architecture, which has the disadvantages of complex data flow, high development difficulty and high cost. Therefore, this paper proposes a single MCU control system platform software scheme based on TMS320F28377D. It utilizes the dual-core feature of TMS320F28377D and hardware protocol stack chip to realize Ethernet communication, so that one core realizes motor algorithm control, and the other one completes functions such as logic program control, waveform monitoring, fault recording and external communication. The platform not only meets the functional requirements of industrial real-time controllers, but also greatly simplifies data flow of the control system, which reduces the difficulty of software development of controller platform, the number of developers of the platform is reduced from 3 to 1, and decreases the product cost to a large extent. The logic and control software based on the software architecture of the controller have been effectively applied in air conditioning screw machine inverter products, which verifies the reliability of the controller scheme.
