Numerical analysis of floor heave control technology of combined inverted arch-floor pile

In order to solve the problem of floor heave control in deep soft rock roadway, based on the engineering background of the 18th floor track roadway in the south of the fourth level of Xing’an Mine, a new type of bottom heave control technology, that is combined inverted arch-floor pile. The numerical analysis of combined inverted arch-floor pile was carried out by ABAQUS software, and its bearing capacity and deformation were studied. Through the FLAC3D software, the floor heave control effect of the combined inverted arch-floor pile is analyzed, the bottom heave control mechanism of the combined inverted arch-floor pile is discussed, and the influence of the rise-span ratio on the floor heave control effect of the combined inverted arch-floor pile is revealed. The result shows that under the action of uniform load, the number and strength of connecting rods at the mid-span should be appropriately increased in the combined inverted arch. The length and strength of the embedded end should be appropriately increased. The bottom casing in the combined inverted arch -bottom pile is very important, and the strength of the bottom casing should be appropriately increased. The reasonable range of the rise-span ratio of the combined inverted arch-floor pile is 0.225-0.250.
