The purpose of the research was to develop a virtual reclamation park model (VRPM) using the Canvas business model (BM) and the IDEF0 methodology. Material and Methods. The use of digital technologies in recent years has been noted in almost all spheres of economic activity. The information and communication technologies are successfully applied in the field of public services and business area where electronic platforms on which the virtual contact of the parties concerned takes place, get wide spread. To create BM VRPM the BM Canvas and the IDEF0 methodology were applied. Results: the BM Canvas was developed for VRPM; the parties concerned both in the field of demand and in the field of supply were identified; they were given characteristics and their main potential representatives were listed; the main actions within the framework of the VRPM are identified, including the request, search, selection, conclusion of an agreement. At the next stage of modeling the IDEF0 diagram was developed which represents the VRPM integrated functioning consisting of two main processes: the first process allows you to create and manage the VRPM and the second one – to search and make a final selection of the value proposition, as well as to identify the new types of additional services. For the next stage, the most important situations that arise in business activity of the VRPM residents were identified. Conclusions. In the reclamation industry nowadays quite a substantial amount of materials has been accumulated both in the field of demand and supply. The formation of VRPM which is a virtual enterprise in its essence providing services to meet the demand and proposals of the parties concerned in the field of land reclamation can be one of the ways to bring new and top-requested propositions to agricultural producers (AP).
