大學生與大學教師在資訊行為考量因素之比較研究 The Comparison Study of Factors Influencing Information Behaviors between the Undergraduate Students and Teachers in University

資訊行為是由資訊需求所衍生出一連串滿足需求的行為,其包含發現需求、尋求資訊管道、使用資訊、滿足需求。本研究旨在探究影響大學生資訊行為之考量因素及比較大學生與大學教師,其影響資訊行為之考量因素是否有所差異。透過文獻分析及因素分析,歸納出影響因素包含使用資訊的態度、助力與阻力、實體資訊篩選、社會影響、資訊蒐集、網路資訊篩選以及網路互動之七個構面並據此發展問卷。研究結果顯示,大學生與大學教師的資訊行為影響因素在「實體資訊篩選」、「網路資訊篩選」、及「網路互動」產生顯著差異。本文並根據研究結果,提出對於大學教師教學與大學生學習之建議及進行相關議題研討之參考。The purposes of this study were to explore the consideration factors of influencing undergraduate students’ information behavior, and to compare differences in consideration factors information behaviors between undergraduate students and teachers in university. Based on the literature review and principal component analysis, this study generalized 7 consideration factors, including (1) Attitude toward the information, (2) Barriers & Facilitating Conditions, (3) Physical Information Sifting, (4) Social Influences, (5)Information Collecting, (6)Internet Information Sifting, and (7) Interaction with others via internet. The results from t-tests indicated that there were differences in factors of「Information Collecting」、「Internet Information Sifting」and 「Interaction with others via internet」between undergraduate students and faculty. Based on the research result, the study provides several suggestions for faculty and undergraduate students in their teaching and learning.
