Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine mouthwash in the nursing of a severe stroke patient with catheterization (1例重症脑卒中置管患者使用中药漱口液的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarizes the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle in 1 a severe stroke patient with catheterization. In addition to the conventional treatment of stroke, comprehensive nursing interventions such as monitoring state of consciousness, airway management, nutrition support and prevention of aspiration were carried out. Based on the risk assessment of oral infection, the mouthwash method with Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle was used in oral care of the patient. The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing was effective to relieve the halitosis, maintain the pH value of an oral cavity in a normal range, improve microbial environment of oral cavity and overall quality of oral specialist nursing. (本文总结中药漱口液在1例重症脑卒中置管患者护理中的应用效果及护理经验。患者入院后接受脑卒中常规治疗, 并实施包括密切观察意识状态、保持呼吸道通畅、营养支持及预防误吸等在内的专科护理措施。针对患者口腔感染的高风险因素, 采用本院自制的中药漱口液进行口腔护理, 以预防口腔并发症的发生。通过中西医结合的护理模式, 患者病情好转, 口臭症状得到缓解, 口腔pH值维持在正常范围内。中西医结合的护理有效改善了患者的口腔微环境, 提升了整体护理质量。)
