El principio de transparencia en el planeamiento urbanístico

Abstract

The current urbanism needs an open, informative, transparent and flexible administration. The acknowledgment of a broad right of information regarding the planning and urban instruments together with a duty for the Administration to offer a public service of information by means of an active advertising are essential requisites so as to allow the proprietors and all the citizens in general to know those decisions regarding the soil that makes up their cities and are above all a guarantee for the urban legality and a mechanism of social control over the wide administrative discretionality regarding urbanism.
