INTERACTION OF DISPERSED PHASES IN TRAY SPACING OF SEPARATOR WHEN SEPARATION OF MILK AND DAIRY RAW MATERIALS
Abstract
Specified mathematical model of the interaction of dispersed phases in tray spacing of separator was obtained. The model allows to generate a probabilistic assessment of the collision of dispersed particles of light (milk fat) and heavy fractions during the process of separation of milk and milk products in accordance with their polydispersity, as well as some structural parameters of the separator drum. These parameters were used to obtain speed ratios of dispersed particles. Their variation allows to optimize separation process reducing the interaction of the light and heavy particles.
