Tombstone ST-segment elevation in acute anterior wall myocardial infarction
Abstract
Tombstone ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is a rare variant of STEMI leading to worse clinical outcomes. We report a case of tombstone STEMI in a 65-year-old male, who presented with acute chest patient. The clinical, electrocardiographic and angiographic characteristic of the patient is discussed.
