Abstract N6-methyladenosine (m6A) and non-coding RNA (ncRNA) play important roles in the occurrence, development, and prognosis of multiple myeloma (MM). They not only affect stemness, growth, and apoptosis of MM cells but also intervene in MM proliferation, migration, invasion, and even drug resistance. It is also a prognostic factor for poor MM survival. Therefore, in-depth research on the mechanisms of m6A and ncRNA in MM significant for diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of MM.
