Abstract

In this paper number of problem connected with insufficiency of level of Russian collective investing market development is demonstrated. The nature of such problems is shown and it is mentioned that the government aid could accelerate process of described market segment transformationinto civilized western market, where collective investing has signifi cant role in the economy.
