The article presents a model of organizational-pedagogical conditions of physical education students I-IV courses and made an analysis of problems of physical education students, which relate to the organization and content of the educational process in relation to problems of professional-applied physical training and motivation for physical perfection of youth. It is proposed the basic requirements for a model of physical education. It is developed a new structure of the Department of Physical Education, which includes its divisions and refined assignments of each structural unit.
