Application of quality control circle activities to reduce the risk of defects in the intra-hospital transport of critically ill ICU patients (降低危重患者院内转运缺陷的品管圈实践)

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities to reduce the risk of defects in the intra-hospital transport of critically ill ICU patients. Methods A QCC team was established, and factors influencing quality of the intra-hospital transport of critically ill ICU patients were analyzed. Improvement goals were set and following countermeasures were carried out to reduce the risk of defects in the intra-hospital transport. Results The rate of defects in the intra-hospital transport of critically ill ICU patients was decreased form 31. 75%beforeimplementation of QCC activities to 10. 66% after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC activity is effective to reduce the risk of defects in the intra-hospital transport of critically ill ICU patients. It helps to regulate the management of first aid materials and modified the intra-hospital transport process. (目的 探讨品管圈在降低危重患者院内转运缺陷中的作用, 从而提高转运质量, 确保患者安全。方法 2022年8月—2023年2月成立品管圈小组, 选定“降低危重患者院内转运缺陷率”为主题, 现状调查影响院内转运质量的因素, 设定目标, 分析原因制定对策并实施。结果 危重患者院内转运缺陷率由品管圈活动实施前的31. 75%下降到实施后的10. 66%。结论 运用品管圈活动有效降低了危重患者院内转运缺陷的发生率, 有助于规范转运急救物品的管理, 完善转运流程。)
