In the study, it was aimed to test the hypothesis that organizational support has a mediating role in the effect of organizational learning on job performance. The sample consists of white-collar workers with more than two years of work experience working in the textile industry in the Marmara region. Research data were collected through Google forms. The sample is 512 people. Normal distribution, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, linear regression, and mediation analysis were performed on the data. SPSS 26.0 was used for normal distribution and reliability analyses, AMOS 26 for confirmatory factor analysis, and PROCESS Macro Model 6 for testing mediation hypotheses. According to the analysis, organizational learning and job performance are in a statistically significant relationship. In the mediation analysis, the hypothesis about the mediating role of organizational support in the effect of organizational learning on job performance was supported.
