Dispositif hybride de remédiation en Lansad
Abstract
The hybrid remedial tool set at the Language Center for non-specialist learners of English comprises distance learning preparatory tasks and classroom-work organized in small-group workshops supervised by tutors. The present study focuses on the perception of the pedagogical device by the tutors, one of the categories of actors implied, in order to bring to light the benefits drawn by the tutors from their tutoring experience. Using the threefold model devised by Albero (2014) which takes into account three essential dimensions in the relationships between actors and objects: the dimension of ideas, the operating dimension and the experience dimension, the points of convergence and of discrepancy between the three dimensions are highlighted. The evolution of the tutors' representations on their tutoring task and on language teaching/learning is then discussed.
