SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF PERSONNEL’S SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
A new understanding of the term personnels self-development as a complex phenomenon that includes social and individual characteristics and managed by different tools is developed in many ways in this article. The feasibility of using self-development process by the organization as a method of enhancing the creative and labor potential of workers is substantiated, it is shown that it signifi cantly increases the social provisions and the human capital of the organization, meet personnel needs of self-realization, status and career development, etc., increases the level of professional and personal competence of employees. The paper also discusses the most important social determinants of personnels self-development in the enterprise: the organization of labor, material and career incentives, organizational culture, organizational climate, as well as the destructive factors of motivation.
