The “Sabia Sect” An Analytical Study in the light of commentators & Jurisprudents = فرقہ صابیہ مفسرین اورفقہاء کرام کی نظر میں ایک تحقیقی جائزہ

Abstract

The Qur'an is the last book of almighty Allah and the fountain head of guidance for people till the Last Day. Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) was the first commentator (Muffassir) of the Qur'an and He would explain the meaning of the some hardship verses when their companion were asking him. The companion of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) gained their knowledge directly from him. As per jurisprudents consensus of all the sayings of the companions have to consult in case of their of no clear order in the Qur'an and sunnah in that case when they made in consensus. So, enclosed herewith this word "sabe'een"has been used several times in the Holy Book Qur'an. It indicates a set but there is no detail in Qur'an and sunnah. However, the polytheists were called the companions by this name but infect this is the name of ineffectual sect. In this paper, the different opinions & views of Muffassarins& jurisprudents are hereby presented.
