Abstract

In the article the essence of financial crisis of enterprise is investigated and its varieties are certain on the basis of theory of corporate lifecycle. It is grounded intercommunication between the enterprise’s financial goals and stages of its development. The description of crises of solvency, liquidity, business activity, financial firmness, financial stability and unprofitability is given.В статье исследована сущность финансового кризиса предприятия и определены его разновидности на основе теории жизненного цикла организации. Обоснована взаимосвязь между финансовыми целями предприятия и стадиями его развития. Представлена характеристика кризисов платежеспособности, ликвидности, деловой активности, финансовой устойчивости, финансовой стабильности и убыточности.
