Abstract
This publication presents a series of multimedia English activities for developing third-year university students’ lingua-socio-cultural competence in listening comprehension. These activities are performed while extracurricular self-studying with the authentic video «Meet 500 Years of British Art» within the curriculum-based theme «British Art». The suggested activities were developed by the author with the use of training modules of the online application Web 2.0 LearningApps.org.
