Since2002,NGOsinSpainfoughtcrimesofFrancoRegimetorecovertruth,justiceandreparation.Eveniftheysucceededincollectingalargerangeoftestimonies,theSpanishStateisnotrespondingtotheirdesiretogofurther.TheAssociationfortheRecoveryofHistoricalMemory,in2008startedtoturntotheinternationalsphere,theArgentinianjusticeundertheprincipalofuniversaljustice.ThisarticleaimstodefinewhatistheGuadalajaraCaseandinalargerscaletheArgentinianQuerelle,whichwillprovideanewwayofthinkingtruth,justiceandreparation.
