Abstract

The system approach, providing the interrelation between industry players and consumers of utility services, is proposed. The organizational and economic mechanism of managing innovative projects in housing and utilities infrastructure is developed. The principles necessary for increasing the efficiency of housing and utilities sector activity are suggested.
