Documents and digital archive in public school sector
Abstract
Public schools are a relevant part of Italian public administration. Like other small-sized public bodies they often have to face the challenge of digitalisation of their workflows and documents with a small amount of resources and a frequent, reasonable and understandable lack of specific skills. This work aims to provide an overview of documents management in Italian public schools and analyze critical issues and perspectives with special regard to some concrete cases.
