La gestió de les col·leccions de fons antic en les biblioteques universitàries espanyoles : anàlisi dels textos normatius

Abstract

Objectiu: localitzar i estudiar els textos que regulen la gestió de les col·leccions del fons antic de les biblioteques universitàries espanyoles per descriure les característiques d'aquestes col·leccions des del punt de vista de la gestió. -- Metodologia: es recopilen els documents, se n'analitza el contingut, es comparen els textos i, amb les dades obtingudes, es fa un estudi de conjunt que en sintetitza l'estat de la qüestió. -- Resultats: s'han localitzat i analitzat 33 textos amb informació relacionada amb la gestió de les col·leccions universitàries de fons antic que han permès definir l'estat actual sobre la regulació de l'accés, la consulta, el procés tècnic, el dipòsit, la reproducció i el préstec per a exposicions de les col·leccions de llibres antics de les biblioteques universitàries espanyoles.Objective: to locate and study texts governing the management of the ancient collections housed in Spain's university libraries so as to trace the qualities that characterize these collections from a management perspective. -- Methodology: documents were collected and their content analysed, a cross comparison was undertaken between some of the texts and with the resulting data an overall study was made to summarize the state of the art. -- Results: a total of 33 texts with information related to the management of ancient university collections were identified and analysed which enabled us to determine the current status of the regulation of access, consultation, technical processing, deposit, reproduction and loaning for exhibitions of the collections of ancient books in Spain's university libraries.
