This research is important for the reflection of cooperative teaching work and the relationship with parents, analyzing the consequences for overprotected children, preventing integral development by decreasing their capacity for independence. The objective is to determine the quality of the development of autonomy, skills, abilities and strengths, to identify the cognitive, physical and social level within personal development areas, considering the bond of the family and the school as a cooperative working relationship; walking in values, habits and attitudes that helps them in school performance and are reinforced at home. As conclusions it is evident that the teacher is a pillar in the teaching-learning process, creates the emotional environment that is strengthened in personal and educational training, constant communication with parents is part of integral development, thus establishing a relationship that increases solidarity, respect, collaboration and educational work inside and outside the classroom.
