MANAGING SOCIAL INNOVATIONS AT A UNIVERSITY-SECTORIAL COMPLEX
Abstract
Economic reforms need to be reconstructed hitherto existing system of training and retraining. In a market economy, people in the labor market, freely dispose of their primary capital skills. Under the current circumstances the problem of human capital must be put on a par with such major programs as the renewal of fixed assets. Therefore, high expectations created by the corporate training - university - industry complex (CRM).
